“Two doctors walk into a bar…a pair of docs”. Ok, we’re mixing up bad jokes here but you get the idea. To the Metal World though, Paradox is an awesome veteran band spawned from the legendary 80s German thrash scene. Paradox have a new platter on the shelves in the form of “Heresy 2 – End Of The Legend”. A worthy sequel to their most famous record. So we sat down with the man behind the legend Charly Steinhauser. We get into the new record, their former label Roadrunner (now and then) and we find out exactly what a “paradox” is. In our “News, Views, and Tunes”, we talk the Elvira 40th Anniversary special and sign a petition to get punk legend Chi-Pig (SNFU) a spot on the Canadian Walk of Fame. Musically, we crank new and used from Paradox, Iron Angel, Lock Up, Doom, Government Issue, Christian Muenzer, Dolore, Morbific, the aforementioned SNFU and introduce Chicago’s Creepshow in our “Indie Spotlight”.
